FAQ
Questions people ask us.
Do I give my Steam, PlayStation or Xbox password?
No, never. Lobbyd reads what your profile shows publicly: your game list and your hours. If someone asks for your password in Lobbyd’s name, it isn’t us.
Does my profile need to be public?
For the automatic import, yes: your game list must be visible. You can set it back to private after importing, your games stay in Lobbyd.
What about Nintendo Switch?
Nintendo offers no public access to your library, so no automatic import. Add your games by hand, search finds them in two letters.
Where does the game info come from?
Game pages (titles, dates, genres, platforms) come from IGDB. Times to beat are average playtimes: an estimate, not a stopwatch.
Is it free?
Yes. No ads, no selling your data.
Can I delete my account?
Yes, from the app, in two taps. Everything linked to your account is erased. Details are on the Delete your account page.
